Class Feedback!

This morning I taught a Corporate class (pictured) on International Woman"s Day.

After the class, the feedback I got ~ was I feel more relaxed, focused, calmer, I have more mental clarity.

When we move and breathe we are present, drawing out of our minds and into our bodies. Companies that I work for know the importance of this and as a teacher and student of Yoga and Pilates I know the positive impact of both! ♥️
