Wherever I am in the world I will always check out Pilates & Yoga studios. It’s important to keep up to date with industry trends and I love going to different studios and being a student.
Toronto had so much to offer from Hot Pilates to Reformer studios and Sound Baths - I tried it all and can’t wait to bring all these new ideas back to all my clients in a busy summer of classes.
