Movement and balance.

This is my gym, which is also a Spa. I listen to my body as much as i move my body. My gym is real sanctuary for me, a place of creativity and pause as much as dynamic movement.

Somedays it's resistance training for me to build muscle density, other days it is mindful stretching. Some days it is straight to the Spa and rest.

Balance is a priority for me.
