I have qualified as a Reformer teacher and I am teaching Reformer Pilates.

It has been great to teach Reformer Pilates, in some beautiful studios, having passed my Reformer teacher training recently.

It has deepened my Pilates understanding and anatomy and physiology. The possibilities on the Reformer are endless, which suits my creative style of teaching.
