How Many Times A Week To Practice Pilates and Yoga?

A question I often get asked is - how many times a week to practice? This is dependent on several factors - time and objectives being some of the most important.

The best way is to focus on quality over quantity.

Two to three times a week is a good idea, checking in with your progress and balancing classes with recovery. As you progress Pilates provides a greater understanding of your own body in motion and it really is an incredible journey.
