A Busy Start to The Year

It has been a busy start to the for me, working with many forward thinking businesses who put their teams at the heart of what they do.

From teaching Mindfulness at Sedulo, Pilates at AnCo&Co and Yoga at Botanica.

It has also been really rewarding to teach Pilates every Friday afternoon to the hard working teachers and team at the Albion Academy, for the past few months.
