Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy a. To cancel a class, you must provide notice of cancellation at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. b. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will be subject to a full cancellation fee, which forfeits any payment made for that class. c. Refunds for cancellations made with sufficient notice will be processed within a reasonable time frame, minus any applicable transaction fees. d. In the event of extenuating circumstances preventing your participation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
