Q: Do you plan classes?
A: I make every class different, I plan maybe about 60% and leave 40% to flow depending on participants, ability, circumstances
Q: How do you remember everything?
A :Because I love it.
Q :What kind of training do you do?
A: A mixture of resistance, strength and circuit training and Yoga and Pilates.
Q :How many times do you go to the gym?
A: 4 to 5 times a week.
Q: Where can I get a good Yoga mat?
A: I used Yoga Matters for portable mats that i can around all day.
Q: Do you prefer Yoga or Pilates?
A : It depends on the day!
Q: What led you to becoming a Pilates teacher
A: A physio recommended I try Pilates for an IT band injury. I loved it and trained to do something I love.
Q: Favourite pose/s?
A: Anything balance.
Q: How to become a Yoga or Pilates teacher
A : Make connections.
Q : How to "do inversions and arm balances"
A : Practice.
Q: When do I breathe out in Pilates
A: As a general rule on the exertion.
