My corporate Yoga and Pilates classes are tailored to your specific company and staff needs and goals. Classes might include functional yoga to counteract a day of sitting at the computer, or they could be a fun, social class that brings people together; they may even be a class that focusses on stress management through slow yoga and breath work.

HELLO, I'M DOLORES​!

Originally from Ireland, I came to Manchester for university and I stayed ever since. Now, as an experienced teacher of both Pilates and Yoga, my professional focus is on corporate wellness. In my creative, engaging and dynamic classes we focus on synchronising movement with breath to find balance, strength and flexibility in body and mind.
PILATES
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. My classes will emphasise alignment, breathing and centring to improve your core strength, coordination, balance and body awareness.
YOGA
After studying to become a Yoga teacher I realised making Yoga accessible to all mattered to me. I create vinyasa and restorative Yoga classes that work for everyone, regardless of ability or circumstance.
