    £50 per hour for individual classes tailored to your needs.

    MY QUALIFICATIONS

    VTCT Specialist Diploma in Advanced Pilates (Level 3)

    YMCA diploma in teaching Yoga (Level 3)

    Advanced Anatomy and Physiology Exam (Level 3)

    BA in Theology (2:1), Manchester University

    Final Assessment Mat Pilates

    British Red Cross First Aid trained

    600 hours Yoga registered

    HELLO, I'M DOLORES​!

    I want to share the incredible benefits of Pilates & Yoga with as many people as possible. I love Pilates & I love Yoga — they both make me feel happy and healthy and I want to inspire you to feel the same with creative, energising and engaging classes.

     

    All my classes have a focus on alignment, centring and connection of breath to movement, creating a flow which builds strength and flexibility in the body, and improved posture and body awareness.

    I'd love to teach you to move with fluidity and purpose through classes that build mental and physical strength and encourage you to explore through movement.

    Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. My classes will emphasise alignment & core development, improving your coordination and balance.

    My Yoga journey began fifteen years ago and I was immediately struck by how it improved my strength, yet how it also improved my focus and my emotional wellbeing too. 

    On a physical level Yoga has helped develop my flexibility, balance and endurance. Yet Yoga has a multitude of other benefits too: improved sleep patterns, enhanced bone health, protection of the spine, better posture, and even improved self esteem.
